You’re in the right place if…

— You feel strong one day… and completely unstable the next
— You’ve been told you’re “just flexible” but your body hurts
— You’re trying to conceive and unsure what exercise actually supports your body
— You’re pregnant or postpartum and want guidance you can trust
— You’re navigating pregnancy loss and trying to reconnect with your body again

— You’re dealing with nagging aches, injuries, or pain that just won’t go away

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Personalized Client Programming

Care that listens first

Many clients come to me after feeling unheard in traditional healthcare settings. Here, your concerns are taken seriously. Pain is not minimized. Symptoms are not brushed aside.

Every session is collaborative and individualized. Care is adjusted in real time based on how your body is responding, with consent and comfort guiding the pace.

How sessions are offered

Clients can work with me:

• In person in a private Redmond studio
• Virtually through live one-on-one sessions
• Or through a hybrid approach combining both

In-person care allows for hands-on assessment, movement analysis, and guided strength work. Virtual sessions provide flexibility, continuity, and access without sacrificing connection or individualized attention.

Both options are integral parts of the practice.

How I support women

Fertility Support

Guided exercise to support your body, regulate your nervous system, and optimize conditions for conception.

Pregnancy Support
Strength-focused care to support your changing body and prepare for postpartum recovery.

Postpartum Recovery
Thoughtful rehabilitation to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and reconnect with your body.

Pregnancy Loss Recovery
Postpartum care after miscarriage or pregnancy loss, with an emphasis on safety, nervous system support, and gradual return to movement.

Hypermobility & Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Care
Joint-protective, strength-based care designed for women with hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Everyday Aches & Pains

Whole-body rehabilitation designed for women—addressing common issues like neck, back, hip, and shoulder pain so you can move and feel better in your daily life.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

• One-on-one sessions only
• In-person and virtual care held to the same standard
• Appointments are never rushed
• Care is customized every visit
• Trauma-aware and consent-based approach
• Education and strength training are central to care

This isn’t generic physical therapy.

Your body deserves a more individualized approach—especially if you're navigating hypermobility, hormonal changes, or recovery after injury or loss.

I combine physical therapy with strength training to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities you love—without overdoing it or making symptoms worse.

More Than Pelvic Floor

Your pelvic floor is connected to everything.

That means neck tension, back pain, hip discomfort, and even how you move during workouts all matter.

I treat the whole body—so whether you're coming in for pelvic health, hypermobility, or just something that doesn’t feel right, we address the full picture.

Hypermobility & EDS Support

If you’ve been told you’re “just flexible” but your body feels anything but stable—you’re not imagining it.

Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) require a different approach to exercise.

I help you build strength and stability in a way that supports your joints, reduces pain, and actually works with your body—not against it.

Women's Health

Your body doesn’t exist in separate phases.

Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or healing after loss—your strength, stability, and nervous system all play a role.
