How do I access the library?
After purchase, you’ll receive access through the Everfit app where all programs will be available in your account.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your Everfit account, and you’ll keep access through the end of your billing period. Cancel HERE.

Is this individualized physical therapy?
No. This membership is educational and self-guided and does not include individualized assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

​

What if I need support or modifications?
Coaching support is available separately, and 1:1 physical therapy sessions are recommended for symptom-specific care.

In my professional career I've worked with thousands of athletes and
women who love fitness. I'm excited to share this journey with you and I hope to help you stay strong and flexible for many years to come. 

As I faced my own challenges with infertility, I became increasingly curious about the connection between infertility & exercise. However, after experiencing my miscarriage, I found it challenging to locate reliable information on exercising during infertility & post-miscarriage. This spurred me to filling this informational gap. Through extensive research and gathering of insights, I am excited to share this information with you!
