Common Questions

Quick Lift

Do you take my insurance?

Physical Therapy services provided at Enhanced Physical Therapy and Wellness may be covered under your out-of-network insurance benefits depending on your insurance plan.  Enhanced Physical Therapy and Wellness is a 1:1 concierge health and wellness clinic providing individual treatment plans, therefore I do not contract with any insurance providers. Without the restraints of insurance, your Physical Therapist is better able to provide the services you need, when you need them. We will collect payment at the time of service to include cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts and health savings accounts.

If you are interested in knowing your potential level of reimbursement for these services, please call your insurance provider and inquire about coverage for “out of network physical therapy,” as well as any applicable deductibles.

If you would like a super bill, please ask at checkout and we will email an itemized bill for those interested in insurance reimbursement to independently submit to your insurance company.

Do I need access to a gym?

Gym access is optional but certainly not necessary for any of our strength and exercise programs. Don’t have a lot of equipment at home to do your exercises? Not a problem! We customize your program to your fitness goals with the equipment you have access to!  We can also give you recommendations on which exercise equipment might be beneficial for your fitness journey.

How long are the appointments?

Appointments are typically 60 minutes in total and 1:1 with your physical therapist. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us as we may need to reschedule your appointment time. If you wish to still be seen, please know that your treatment time will be reduced by the amount of time you are late. You will still be charged for a full session even if you arrive late to your appointment.

What results can I expect?

Results are highly dependent on the effort you put in. Your Physical Therapist will put in 100% of their effort and in turn will expect you to do the same to achieve the desired results. While you certainly will achieve goals, we must also respect the time that it takes to do so. Science shows it takes 6-8 weeks to gain functional muscle strength and there are 3500 calories in a pounds so change does not happen overnight. Be patient and understand that it's about the progress and not perfection.

What types of appointments do you offer?

We have LOTS of options to meet your needs.

First, we offer both Physical Therapy and Wellness/Fitness Coaching!  Physical Therapy services might be reimbursable based on your insurance plan (see above), and Wellness/Fitness Coaching combines personal training services with a holistic component as it incorporates your body's health into your training and fitness plan.

For both Physical Therapy and Wellness/Fitness Coaching, we offer Mobile Appointments which means we drive to you and provide services in the comfort of your home at your convenience!  We also offer In-Person Appointments where you come to the Physical Therapist for your appointment.  If you do not live in the area, we also have Virtual Appointments which allows you to get the expertise and knowledge from anywhere in the United States!

Not sure what is right for you?  That's ok, set up a 15 minute FREE Consultation to speak directly with Jessica to determine which options will be best for you!
